Multidisciplinary Shavuot Holiday Events

Since 2023, a unique multidisciplinary art and culture event has been held every Shavuot holiday in the Ein Hod Artists’ Village. Under the artistic direction of Zeela Kotler Hadari, the event is produced in collaboration with the Hof HaCarmel Regional Council as part of the "Melo HaTene" Shavuot Festival.

The event, which is tailored for the whole family and held as a peak weekend event on Saturdays, attracts hundreds of visitors every year. It is born out of a dialogue and alignment with the main exhibition presented at the Ein Hod Gallery of Art, and is held in close collaboration between the local Ein Hod artists' community and guest artists from all over the country, who offer a variety of activities in the public space, in the workshops, and within the gallery itself.

The rich and diverse artistic program features music, dance, and performance art, craft and creation workshops, changing markets (including a literary collective, a second-hand fair, and more), guided tours, and engaging gallery talks, alongside additional content that connects to the event’s theme, which changes every year.
